ICRA 2007 Proceedings Now on Xplore  from IEEE-RAS news  (2007-6-20 8:00) 
The scientific material of ICRA'07 (787 regular papers and 20 short papers, for a total of 807) is on line in IEEE Xplore at the address http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/tocresult.jsp?isnumber=4209049&isYear=2007. Note: Due to internal delays, IEEE has not yet linked the accompanying multimedia material (146 video clips and 20 long videos, for a total of 166) to the associated papers.
