Tweet S-Fマガジン 2010年 04月号 [雑誌] posted with amazlet at 11.01.20 早川書房 Amazon.co.jp で詳細を見る 「ＳＦマガジン」2010年4月号 掲載 『 代替医療のトリック 』 （サイモン・シン，エツァート・エルンスト 著　青木薫 訳　新潮社　2400円（税別）　ISBN : 978-4-10-539305-2　原題 Trick or Treatment） 　代替医療は効果があるのかないのか。 『 代替医療のトリック 』 の興味はそこにある。メカニズムはどうあれ、効果が十分に存在するのであれば、医療としては意味があるからだ。 　それで実際のところどうなのかというと、ほとんど効果は見られないし、代替医療はいわば不正な医療である、というのが、この本の結論である。プラセボを期待するなら現代医療のそれを利用したほうが良い。 　ただし、結論ありきではない。論理的に証拠を積み上げていった結果、効果はあるかないかと考察した結果として、効果がないと述べているのである。日本の同種の本に見られる嘲笑的態度は、この本にはまったく見られない。 　この本は、科学的な試験法とは何かということを紹介しつつ、日本でもお馴染 ...
