Tweet ▼天気は荒れ模様。 ▼震災時のトイレの本を読んでたら、仮設トイレも被災地域の現場では運用が困難との話。普段から使ってないと仮設トイレでさえも駄目らしい。やっぱり、たとえば公衆便所と公衆電話を交番に併設するとか、もうちょっと日常レベルから災害に強くしていってほしい。 ▼平成２２年度「原子力総合防災訓練」１０月に行われた 訓練内容 。 相次ぐ故障により、原子炉の全ての冷却機能が喪失し、放射性物質の放出のおそれがある事態を想定 とある。想定は浜岡原発だったが、今回と同じ状況を想定した訓練を、つい半年前にやっていたようだ。しかしながらその成果は生かされているようにはあまり見えないのは残念。 ▼この話は参院予算委員会でも話題になり、このように報じられている。 ▼スポーツ報知　 菅首相、半年前の浜岡原発防災訓練を覚えてなかった！ ▼なおその前の年の原子力総合防災訓練の様子の 写真はこちら 。緊急時モニタリング用に、ヘリ、モニタリングロボット、海上保安庁の船なども参加していたことが分かる。 １号機原子炉建屋１階（2011年４月17日撮影） ▼産経　 東電、原子炉建屋の内部写真公開　ロボッ ...

Tweet ▼震災以外のニュースが報じられ始め、震災が起こってなくても世の中ではひどい事件がいろいろ起き続けていることを改めて感じる今日この頃。 ▼パックボットによる建屋内調査の結果が発表された。温度は１号機が28度ー29度、３号機が19度ー22度。比較的低めだが人間の作業には厳しそうだ。それに夏になるともっと過酷になるだろう。なにしろ既にこういう状態だ。 ▼読売　 空調なく水も飲めず…重装備の作業員、熱中症に ▼今後はさらにできるだけ徹底的に、原子炉建屋内の状況をロボットのカメラと線量計で探っていき、人が作業出来る領域を探るとのこと。ロボットも夏になると厳しくなりそう。 ▼NHKニュース　 原子炉建屋内の状態 明らかに １号機では、１７日午後４時４０分ごろから５０分ほど調査が行われ、１階北側の２重扉から中に入り、４０メートルほど直進しながら調べたということです。放射線量は、最も高いところで、今回の事故で臨時に引き上げられている緊急時の被ばく限度量の２５０ミリシーベルトに５時間余りで達する１時間当たり４９ミリシーベルトを計測しました。 一方、３号機でも、１７日、２時間ほど調査が行われ、１階南 ...
