活断層と原発／くまモン、半年で118億円稼ぐ

東京電力福島第１原子力発電所の事故以降、日本人の原発に対する安全性への考え方は一変した。規制委の田中俊一委員長は「（活断層の可能性が）クロか濃いグレーなら止めてもらうことをお願いする」と言い切る。活断層の可能性が浮上した原発は、改修などをしない限り再稼働は認めない方針を示している。
「活断層ではないという証拠を示さないと、活断層である可能性を否定することにはならない」。26日の評価会合で規制委の島崎邦彦委員長代理は、今なお活断層ではないと譲らない東北電力の主張を一蹴した。
敷地内にあるすべての地層のずれについて、活断層ではないと証明することは極めて困難な作業だ。電力会社にとっては厳しい情勢が続く。
