カナダBioAmber社は2013年4月11日、米証券取引委員会（SEC）に新規株式公募（IPO）を実施するためフォームS1様式による登録申請書を提出した。800万株の普通株を公開し1株当りの株価を15ドルから17ドル（11.48ユーロから13.01ユーロ）の間で設定する予定で、約1億2800万ドルの資金調達を目指す。この公開株式を含めた発行済み株式数は1841万2815株となる予定。
