阪大、ヒストンアセチル化を生体内イメージングするMintbody技術を論文発表

大阪大学生命機能研究科の佐藤優子特任研究員、木村宏准教授を中心とする共同研究グループは、アセチル化修飾を受けたヒストンH3たんぱく質を特異的に認識する抗体を基に作製した蛍光プローブをモデル生物（ショウジョウバエとゼブラフィッシュ）の初期発生過程に導入することにより、ヒストンH3のアセチル化修飾の変動を世界で初めて観察することに成功した。Nature Publishing Group（NPG）のオンラインジャーナルであるScientific Reports誌で成果を発表した。木村准教授らは、この蛍光プローブをMintbody（modification specific intracellular antibody）と名付けた。

Tweet ▼なんだかみんなが見に行ってるように感じる「風立ちぬ」でも、オタクなら必見で俺自身も大好きっぽい「パシフィック・リム」でもなく、「 ワールド・ウォー・Z 」を見た。ブラッド・ピット主演のゾンビ・パニック映画。日本ではゾンビ映画じゃないような顔で宣伝が打たれているけれど、バリバリのゾンビ映画です。
▼これまでのゾンビ・パニック映画のなかで、背景ではこんなことが起きてるんだろうなあと曖昧にされていたような部分を描いた作品、ということになるのかな。ゾンビ映画はたいていミクロなスケールで起きてることを描いて、世界中で起きているだろうあれこれは、ブチブチなラジオ放送で断片的な情報で伝えられたりする。それをドーンと予算をかけて描いた、という感じ。
▼演出は「２８日後……」と、トム・クルーズ版の「宇宙戦争」を混ぜたような感じで、この二つの映画が好きな人なら間違いなく好きだと思う。SEなんだかBGMなんだか分からない音が非常に効果的に使われていた。基本的に、予告編そのまんまの映画です。
