今日は午後から、日本薬学会の長井記念ホール（東京・渋谷）で開かれた「第11
回食品安全フォーラム」を取材しました。このフォーラムは、日本薬学会のレギュ
ラトリーサイエンス部会が毎年この時期に開催しています。今回の討論主題は「健
康食品の安全性確保と機能性評価」。
次のように6人の方々が登壇しました。今年6月28日に公布された食品表示法や、
6月14日に閣議決定された「規制改革実施計画」と「日本再興戦略」に盛り込まれ
た「保健機能を有する成分を含む加工食品及び農林水産物の機能性表示の容認」と
「食の有する健康増進機能の活用」がその後、どのように消費者庁や厚生労働省で
取り組みが進んでいるかも、発表されました。
