ICCT、第二世代バイオ燃料産業への投資リスクを軽減する政策を提言  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2013-12-28 14:13)

米International Council on Clean Transportation（ICCT）は2013年12月18日、セルロースバイオ燃料への必要な投資を引き出す政策提言をまとめた50ページにわたる白書を公表した。「Measuring and addressing investment risk in the second-generation biofuels industry」と題する白書は、通常用いられている投資評価方法である資本資産評価モデル（CAPM：capital assets pricing model）を用いて投資リスクを分析し、現存の政策と既存の連邦税インセンティブ・プログラムのマイナーチェンジにより、セルロースバイオ燃料への投資を促すことができると提言した。
