ファンケルヘルスサイエンス（ファンケルHS）は2014年10月21日、生活習慣病関連の遺伝子検査を活用してサプリメント提案などのソリューションを提供する新たな予防医療事業「グッドエイジングプログラム」を11月1日から開始することをを帝国ホテル（東京・千代田）で発表した。ファンケルは予防医療事業の規模を2017年に数十億円に育てたい考え。2014年4月に分社化で発足したファンケルHSの売上高比率で「3割を占めるようにしたい」とファンケルHS戦略推進本部の青砥弘道本部長は話した。遺伝子検査の費用は1万4800円または2万9800円。大阪大学医学部発ベンチャーのサインポスト（大阪市中央区）が担当する。
