米Celldex Therapeutics社は、3月17日、同社のCD27を標的とする完全ヒトモノクローナル抗体varlilumabと、スイスRoche社の抗PD-L1抗体MPDL3280Aの併用療法について、安全性、忍容性、予備的な有効性の評価を目的とする臨床試験で提携したと発表した。
