【菌叢特集連動】、早大のマイメタゲノム始動、まずはペットに注力  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2016-4-26 6:00)

常在菌叢（マイクロバイオーム）をメタゲノム解析するベンチャー企業、マイメタゲノム（東京・新宿、矢嶋信浩代表取締役）が2016年2月23日に創業した。常在菌叢のメタゲノム解析による健康モニタリングシステムを事業化する。同社の矢嶋代表取締役と服部正平・最高技術責任者（CTO）が4月12日、創業の狙いを東京大学の柏キャンパスで語った。柏キャンパスには、CTOの服部正平・早稲田大学理工学術院先進理工学研究科教授/東京大学名誉教授らがメタゲノム解析を行っている新世代ゲノムシーケンサーがある。柏キャンパスには、服部CTOが客員連携研究員を務める寄付講座「メタゲノム情報科学」が設置されている。
