まずは機能性表示食品の届け出件数から。この1週間では今週火曜日（2016年4月5日）に5件（届出日は3月18日）、今週木曜日（4月7日）に2件（届出日は3月22日）、届け出受理を消費者庁が公表しまして、合計282件になりました。今回は、「機能性関与成分」の新規はありませんでした。 　一方、特定保健用食品（トクホ）では、前から注目されてきた資生堂のトクホが4月1日、ついに許可されました。

昨晩、医薬品医療機器等法違反により業務停止処分を受けている化学及血清療法研究所が、ワクチンや血液製剤の事業部門をアステラス製薬と事業譲渡の交渉をしていることが報じられ、アステラスは今朝、「化血研の事業承継に向けて化血研と協議を進めているが、現時点で決定していることはない」とのコメントを発表し、交渉中であることを認めました。アステラスは以前から化血研のワクチンを販売しており、過去にも化血研の買収を検討したことがあると聞いたことがあります。そういう意味では、比較的近しい関係だったといえるのでしょう。
