一般社団法人日本ゲノム編集学会が、2016年4月15日に設立された（http://jsgedit.jp/）。設立時社員は、広島大学大学院理学研究科の山本卓教授と、大阪大学大学院医学系研究科の真下知士准教授の2人。会長には、2015年12月から設立準備委員の代表を務めた山本教授が着任した。9月6日と7日に日本ゲノム編集学会キックオフ研究会を9月6日と7日に広島国際会議場で開催する。

まずは機能性表示食品の届け出件数から。この1週間では先週金曜日（2016年4月8日）に2件（届出日は2件とも3月25）、今週木曜日（4月14日）に5件（届出日は3月28日が4件、何故だか3月18日がファンケルの1件）、届け出受理を消費者庁が公表しまして、合計289件になりました。今回は、「機能性関与成分」の新規はありませんでした。 　一方、特定保健用食品（トクホ）では、4月12日に3品目が許可になり、累計は1243品目（許可1242品目＋承認1品目）になりました。こちらも「関与する成分」の新規はありませんでした（トクホでは、機能性表示食品の機能性関与成分とは異なり、めったに新規は無いのですが）。
