ファスマック、環境DNAから魚種を判定するNGS解析の受託開始  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2016-8-2 8:00)

日本製粉グループのファスマック（神奈川県厚木市、布藤聡社長）は、米Illumina社の次世代シーケンサーMiSeqを用いたアンプリコンシーケンス受託解析のターゲット生物種に、魚類を加えた。千葉県立中央博物館生態・環境研究部の宮正樹部長らが2015年に論文発表した魚類メタバーコーディング用ユニバーサルプライマー「MyFish」の成果を活用している。宮部長は、2016年7月29日に東京農業大学世田谷キャンパスで開催された東京農業大学生物資源ゲノム解析センター2016年度セミナー「NGSの利用法最前線」で、「魚類の環境DNAメタバーコーディング：データ駆動型・発見探索型アプローチがもたらす新たな展開」と題した講演を行い、ファスマックの事業化についても紹介した。
