UMN、アステラス申請中のUMN-0502は今シーズンの商用生産見送り

UMNファーマは2016年8月1日、2016年12月期第2四半期決算説明会を開催。同社は、アステラス製薬が2014年5月に承認申請したUMN-0502( ASP7374、組換えインフルエンザHAワクチン(多価))の原薬製造を担当しているが、同社の平野達義社長は「現時点で承認されていないため、2016年から2017年にかけての今期の商用生産を見送ることとした」と改めて説明した。

武田薬品は2016年8月2日、CD30陽性悪性リンパ腫治療薬「アドセトリス」（ブレンツキシマブ ベドチン）が新適応症として検討中の皮膚T細胞リンパ腫（CTCL）を対象とする初のフェーズIII試験（ALCANZA、NCT01578499）で主要評価項目を達成したと発表した。
