グリーンペプタイドは2016年8月9日、神奈川県立がんセンターと新規遺伝子変異抗原「Neo Antigen」の探索と臨床応用の共同研究契約を締結したと発表した。契約締結日から2018年3月30日まで、神奈川県立病院機構の神奈川県立がんセンター臨床研究所、およびグリーンペプタイドを実施場所として研究を進める。
