英NICE第2次ガイダンス案、嚢胞性線維症治療薬Orkambiを再度非推奨  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2016-6-27 0:00)

英国立医療技術評価機構（NICE）は2016年、6月17日、NICEは米Vertex Pharmaceuticals社の嚢胞性線維症治療薬Orkambi（lumacaftor/ivacaftor配合剤）について、英国民保健サービス（NHS）での使用を推奨しないとする第2次ガイダンス案を発表した。NICEは、今年3月23日、同剤について、非推奨とする第1次ガイダンス案を発表していたが、その後の検討でも変更はなかった。
