今回はまず、今週火曜日（2016年9月20日）に東京・青山で開催された「ソイタリアン（Soy-Italian）フェア発表会」の話題からお届けします。
ソイタリアンとは、大豆を使った日本発のイタリアンを意味します。このソイタリアンを提案するシェフの団体であるソイタリアンシェフの会は、日本とイタリアの国交150周年記念として、全国30店舗以上のイタリア料理店と連携し、10月12日から11月30日までソイタリアンフェアを展開します。
