米PanCAN、患者団体主導の膵癌プレシジョン・メディシン事業を計画  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2017-2-15 0:00)

米国で膵癌研究の促進と政策提言を行ってきた患者支援団体のPancreatic Cancer Action Network(PanCAN)が、米国内で膵癌患者の癌ゲノム情報などをもとに患者のリスクを鑑別、治療法を選択するPrecision Promise Trialを計画している。日本支部のNPO法人パンキャンジャパン(東京・千代田区)の眞島善幸理事長は「日本でも同様のプログラムを一日も早く開始し、難治癌の筆頭である膵癌の5年生存率を改善したい」と語っている。
