米Juno Therapeutics社は2016年12月5日、キメラ抗原受容体発現T細胞（CART）療法JCAR017の非ホジキンリンパ腫（NHL）患者に対するフェーズI（TRANSCEND、NCT02631044）の最新の中間結果を発表した。成人の再発、または難治性の高悪性度NHL患者を対象に米国で実施中の非無作為化非盲検試験で、2016年12月に開催された第58回米血液学会（ASH）でも同年8月1日をデータカットオフとする中間結果が報告された（Abstruct＃4192）。
