ヒューマン・メタボローム・テクノロジーズ（HMT）は2017年2月21日、同社子会社のHMTバイオメディカルが対外診断用医薬品製造販売業の許可証を受領したと発表した。HMTバイオメディカルは現在、バイオマーカーの開発を進めており、許可を取得したことで自社販売が可能になった。許可は2017年2月17日付け。
