広島大学、CML幹細胞を標的とした医師主導臨床研究を計画  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2017-1-20 0:00)

広島大学原爆放射線医科学研究所・幹細胞機能学分野の仲一仁准教授らのグループが、慢性骨髄性白血病（CML）の幹細胞のトランスポーターの働きを阻害する薬剤を使って、標準治療薬であるチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬（TKI）に抵抗性となったCML患者を治療する医師主導臨床研究を計画している。治療標的であるトランスポーターSlc15A2はジペプチドを取りこむ働きをしており、CML幹細胞とCML細胞とのメタボローム解析の結果、見いだされたものだ。仲准教授はこれまでの研究成果を2017年1月17日に東京で開催された日本がん分子標的治療学会第12回トランスレーショナルリサーチワークショップ「がんの代謝-革新的な治療法開発への新しい糸口」で発表した。
