The ICRA "Birds of a Feather" Women Luncheons offer the opportunity to young female researchers to discuss informally with senior faculty members around a free lunch. Luncheons have been held in ICRA 2007, 2008, and 2010.
Discussions are held around a table with at least two senior faculty members per table who moderate the discussion. Discussions are then followed by a brief reports from each table.
